  The manager was very courteous , unfortunately we had to wait half an hour for food and it wasn't that busy.
  What made it worse was we were told twice they were "plating " up our order , they had just forgot to do it.
  Wouldn't have minded but people who came in after us were getting their orders first.
  We did get some money off the bill though , thanks to the manager.

  Went in there today on a quiet Monday afternoon. Staff member was making a coffee at the bar. Not even an acknowledge that we were there. After 10 minutes of being ignored we decided to take a seat at a table, in hope we may be served. A further 10 minutes later and still no service. So got up and walked out. Would have liked to try the food and home brew.
